TENANT WITH MANAGEMENT Services include:
Evaluation of property with an estimate of potential income
Marketing of the property
Showing property to prospective tenants
Screen tenant applications including conducting credit checks and/or background checks
Execute all necessary documents
Inspect and document property prior to occupancy
Arrange trades if and when necessary
Coordinate tenant move in
Inspection of property
TENANT WITHOUT MANAGEMENT Services include:
Viewing and assessing the property
Taking photos of the property for web marketing
Developing a booking schedule and a short-term rental agreement customized for the property
Assisting the property owner with the development of an information package for guests i.e. house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, etc.
Corresponding with confirmed guests and providing them with information, keys, directions, etc.
Collecting deposit and rental payments
Pay agreed expenses as set out in service agreement
Following up with guests after check-out and refunding security deposits
Provide emergency contact for clients and tenants
Arrange repairs and maintenance in accordance with client instructions
Hire and supervise resident caretaker(s) when applicable
Coordinate building, ground maintenance and contractual services
Purchase equipment and supplies, as necessary
Arrange property inspections
